Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Hey Troy, come on down to Utah for a few days and I'll give you all sorts of purposes to keep you going. I will hold you and stroke your hair before you go to bed and I won't have sex with any girls, much less get them pregnant.

I will fix you spaghetti for dinner and make the sauce from fresh tomatoes and smother it in finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano. I will take a picture of you in the morning while you're still asleep and the first soft rays of daylight are falling across your bare shoulders. I will bathe you in warm water; I will sponge your back and scrub your feet and touch you under the water anywhere you want to be touched.

I will pull an espresso for you in the morning with ground beans that were roasted in the neighborhood. I have fresh country cream in the cooler and you can have it in your coffee or poured over raspberries with a bit of mint ontop. I will stroke your cheeks with a clean hand and let you sit quietly untiil you're ready to talk. And if you never feel like talking I will just bring you more food and sit quietly at my editing while you chill.

Sometimes the broken heart just needs a rest. Sometimes we just need someone to bathe us and feed us and let us feel the pain; someone there to catch us when we fall. I have held life in my hands as it came into this world and I've held it in my hands as it left. Holding a broken heart is not too difficult to do because I know that it can heal.

Clean white cotton sheets, a glass of water on the nightstand and the warmth of his breath on your neck as you fall asleep. These are the simple things that let us breathe for a moment or two. Sometimes, when we start breathing again, the reasons to keep going are more clear. A warm bath helps too...

Heh, didja know that Mountain Dew has no caffeine up here in Soviet Canuckistan? I didn't know that and always found it baffling when people talked about getting their fix from Mountain Dew... lol
